Looking to recruit a Multi trade Plumber to join a leading property services company based in Barnsley
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
- you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing works, sinks, taps, showers, toilets, baths etc
- Remedial Carpentry works
- Repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
Requirements:
- Trade related qualification is a must, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- You must hold a valid full UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
