We are a Social Enterprise that works with disabled people, providing specialist computer equipment, 1-1 teaching and have an in-house software development team.
We are currently looking for an ATT Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dalston, East London.
About the role:
You will be working as part of small Administrative Team, helping disabled students in higher education access specialist support and equipment.
Key duties:
- Managing inbound calls and emails from students, providing assistance and resolving or escalating queries
- Processing documents accurately and updating the customer status accordingly
- Accurately updating our customer database on every communication with students
- Liaising with Trainers
- Booking, cancelling or rescheduling ATT sessions and taking good care of customers
- Other administrative work as required
