An Education organisation, based in London are looking for an Interim HR Advisor. The role operates as a full generalist and provides a development opportunity and an start from November.

Description

An Interim HR Advisor to:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle with the collaboration of the wider HR Team
  • Be the first POC for your client area, ensuring comprehensive advice on full employee lifecycle matters
  • Support in the delivery of the HR strategy
  • Support on employee relation case work, including sickness absence and investigation support
  • Coach and advise managers on HR best practice, mitigating risk where required
  • Recruitment: lead on recruitment campaigns from writing adverts, through to offer letters and contracts
  • Ensure the SCR (single central register) is kept up to date
  • Manage learning and development activity, such as training needs analysis, coordinate training and provide inductions to new starters
  • Ensure candidates are compliance and correct documentation is gathered
  • Review and update policies / processes
  • Report HR Data accordingly
  • Lead the appraisal process

Profile

A Interim HR Advisor with:

  • Previous education experience desirable but open to commercial background
  • Strong written communication
  • Previous experience operating in a HR Generalist capacity
  • Previous experience of coaching and advising managers
  • Previous experience working in a fast pace environment
