Description

  • Develop and implement effective people strategies to support the company's growth.
  • Provide leadership for all HR and organisational development activities.
  • Foster a positive company culture that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Manage HR processes including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand the business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training programmes to enhance employee skills.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

Profile

A successful Head of People should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the media industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
