My client is a key player in the Transport & Logistics sectors with a strong market share. Their team is focused on a collaborative approach, with plenty of opportunities for growth and development. They are looking to bring a qualified accountant into the team to lead on the day to day operations for the group team.
Description
- Responsible for day to day cash position of the business, identifying and controlling any breaches
- Lead on IFRS16 reporting
- Lead on the completion of technical papers and reviews in line with regulations
- Take responsibility for taxation and compliance matters in line with regulations
- Take ownership of financial controls, ensuring continuous review and improvement where needed
- Assist in the continuous development of the team, encouraging growth and cooperation
- Ad-Hoc requirements of the business as needed
Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or overseas equivalent)
- Practice trained
- Immediately Available
Job Offer
- Contract Rate: £400 - £475 per day (dependent on applicant)
- Interim Contract 3-6 months, with possibility to go perm
- Immediate start
