Network Support Engineer - Permanent - Hybrid - £36,000 to £41,000
We are currently recruiting for a Network Support Engineer to join a leading retail company.
This is a hybrid role with travel to the office needed 3 days a week.
What you will be doing:
- Support on L1 & L2 network issues and incidents
- Monitor & configure network tools
- Ensure the network is operationally stable
- Work alongside other teams to support both development and operations
What they are looking for:
- Previous experience in a network support/network operations role
- Experienced with routers, switches and working with vendors such as Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Juniper, Palo Alto & Fortinet
- Excellent communication skills
