Role:
As a Primary Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in a supportive and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the objectives of the primary curriculum.
  • Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse learning needs and styles of students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels supported and encouraged to succeed.
  • Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods.
  • Provide timely feedback to students and parents on their academic progress and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and share best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to build strong partnerships and support students' learning at home.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and keep abreast of educational trends and research.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (PGCE or equivalent).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
  • Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
