Role:
As a Primary Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in a supportive and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the objectives of the primary curriculum.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse learning needs and styles of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels supported and encouraged to succeed.
- Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods.
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents on their academic progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and share best practices.
- Communicate effectively with parents to build strong partnerships and support students' learning at home.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and keep abreast of educational trends and research.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (PGCE or equivalent).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
