The role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to act as the main point of contact for our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and managing email inboxes
  • Processing client data requests, including handover and tenancy information
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key client contacts
  • Liaising with customers to resolve utility queries and complaints
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure customer accounts are set up correctly
  • Ensuring system accuracy, including identifying and fixing any duplications

  • Ability to build relationships with customers over the phone
  • Competent in working both independently and as part of a team
  • Quick learner with proficient keyboard skills and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Great attention to detail and common sense approach
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
  • Pleasant demeanor and ability to respond positively to clients and team members
