Our client
Supplying their bespoke products globally they are without doubt a market leader. Due to business growth they now want to add a passionate service professional to their customer service team.
This is a dual role where you will look after both commercial and industrial clients.
The role
- Acting as the first point of contact for existing customers
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Responsible for shared mailbox whilst managing personal inbox
- Providing regular updates to clients
- Processing refunds/ discounts where necessary
- Updating CRM with all customer note
- Chasing deliveries for customers
- Liaising with multiple departments
The candidate
- Previous service experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to grasp a technical product
- Great attention to detail is paramount
- Ability to multitask
- Must take ownership of your own work
- Comfortable working towards KPI's
- Must have a good work ethic
- Personality is everything in this role!
