Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively in a Sales Coordination team to process orders.
- Proactively follow up on customer quotes and orders.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance customer retention.
- Conduct business-to-business calls to customers who have requested quotes.
- Actively engage with your team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Confidently handle phone calls and communicate effectively with customers.
- Efficiently process orders using the company's internal system.

- Office-based role in Tamworth.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday.
