OTE Earnings: £40,000pa - £50,000pa

The Job
- Business generation and presenting to housebuilder clients to secure new homes instructions
- Liaising with residential offices and developers
- Encouraging and generating sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations
- Communicating and liaising with our area new homes support team ensuring relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriately
- Problem solving and influence outcome
- Working towards set targets
- Working closely with the land team
The Package
Basic Salary: Dependent on Experience
On Target Earnings: £40,000-£50,000
Work Pattern: Work Pattern: 5-day week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)
