Job Profile
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to support in the daily operations of a brand-new children's residential home. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression and personal development within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home(s).
- Providing leadership and support to the care team.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards in line with Ofsted.
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Skills/Experience
- Experience in a similar role within a childrens residential setting
- Must have NVQ Level 5 in children and young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties or learning disabilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
Hours
- Full-time
- Mon - Fri
Package
- Salary £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
