A rare and exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with a refurbishment Construction background to join a thriving contractor working on complex student accommodation within a growing contractor and have progression to Project Director.
On offer is the chance is the chance to work on a range of high quality residential refurbishment projects with values up £15M within a growing contractor with progression opportunities and an exceptional salary and benefits package.
This Contractor specliase in high end refurbishment working on prominently student accommodation across the UK working overseeing the installation of bespoke joinery packages. Having thrived since being established this company have a clear 5 year growth plan increase turnover to 100M, in order to achieve this they have also started working on Commercial projects such as hotels and office works. Due to expansion this company are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the business.
In this role you will work on a range of Student Accommodation refurbishment projects across the Midlands for renowned clients, being ultimately responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Project Management background ideally working on student accommodation, apartment or hotel refurbishment projects. Looking to join a growing contractor working in a progressive role.
The Role:
- Project Manager
- Overseeing the smooth delivery of student accommodation refurbishment projects
- Creating Project programs, liaising with external stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Ensuring health and safety on site and working alongside the Site Managers
- Regularly keeping the client informed on project progress
The Person
- Project Management experience
- Working on student accommodation, apartment or hotel refurbishment projects
- Experience creating project programmes and working alongside the QS overseeing delivery of multiple projects
- Happy to travel to sites around the midlands
- Full UK Driving License
