We are looking for experienced machine operatives who have solid CVs showing commitment to an employer, great eye for detail and people with a strong quality focus for a busy engineering client in Rugby.
This is a manual, physical, standing role where you operate special machinery used to produce aerospace parts.
This could include painting, grinding, applying thread to metallic products or chemically coating products.
Its busy, there is always something to do and it's a role that will lead to a permanent contract.
This role offers you:
- £16.04 p/hour plus enhanced overtime.
- Average of 42 hours paid per week (average over 12 months).
- Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment LTD.
- Job security - this WILL lead to a permanent job.
- Performance bonus (once perm) paid every month)
To be considered - you MUST have the following...
- Be local to Rugby or living within a realistic daily commute.
- A solid CV showing commitment to an employer (not changing jobs every 6 months).
- Great eye for detail.
- Someone who has experience working with large scale production machinery (or CNC but THIS role is NOT CNC).
- Flexible enough to work the shift pattern (this is fixed, you cannot change it).
- Enthusiastic, keen and someone who wants to learn.
