The Role:
The Best Connection Group Limited is looking to appoint a Payroll and Systems Administrator to provide a high level of administrative support to our Central Managed Services team and their customers. Our Central Managed Services team are responsible for many of the company's key clients so providing a high-quality service is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance
- Process payroll accurately and accordingly to company deadlines
- Establish effective relationships with client contacts to collect accurate, timely temporary worker hours and information necessary to process payroll
- Ensure system is up to date with the required information to submit temporary worker hours
- Respond to enquiries from, and resolve issues for temporary workers from the branch network
Administration
- Act as a professional first point of contact for customers via the phone, and email when required
- Maintain accurate records on various databases & manage and file client documentation as required
The Package:
- Annual salary of £24,250
- Initially you will be entitled to 30 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days after a year's employment inclusive of statutory holidays.

The Person:
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel
- Able to work under pressure
- A good team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload efficiently to meet deadlines
Desirable Criteria
- Previous payroll experience would be beneficial but full training is provided
- Experience of a fast-paced customer service environment
- Previous experience of industrial, warehouse, distribution and driving recruitment

Hours of Work:
Your working week will consist of 40 hours Monday - Friday with 1 hour's lunch break each day. The role will be office based at out Head Office in Bromsgrove.
