Our client based in Dursley, Gloucester who are a growing family run business are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning company with an excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities;
- General ledger control and treasury management support
- Invoice creation and processing
- Supporting credit control and liaising with customer accounts departments
- Weekly and month end reconciliation duties
- Support with month end reporting and KPI's
- General office administration
- Liaising with the wider operations management team
- Purchase ledger processing
- Provide a support function to the Finance Manager and Finance Director
- Assist in the development of the financial reporting
Candidate Attributes;
- Self-motivated, flexible approach to work; disciplined, organised, and with good attention to detail- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to use initiative and meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload
- Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
Hours; Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Salary; Competitive depending on experience + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
