Job Description: Paraplanning ManagerRecruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanning Manager in Leeds to join a well established UK Independent Financial Advice firm. The successful candidate will be managing a large paraplanning team. You will be responsible for managing, motivating and developing Paraplanners to prepare high quality written advice, and technical research services to their Private Client Advisers.

You will work closely with the Operations Director, other Regional Paraplanner Managers and Senior Paraplanners, and in conjunction with key stakeholders across the business, to deliver an efficient and robust paraplanning service which meets the objectives of the Advisers, the needs of the business and adheres to Business Quality Standards.

This role covers their Northern region, which includes the Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.

Skills and experience required: Paraplanning Manager

  • Paraplanning Experience
  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or Level 4 equivalent.
  • An effective people manager with the ability to develop, motivate and empower others.
  • Ideally, have proven experience of managing paraplanners
