We are seeking a highly motivated HR Assistant with a strong aptitude for systems to join this Human Resources team and help drive HR operations to the next level.

The Role

As a HR Assistant with an aptitude for systems, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions by utilising your technical skills to create, manage and optimise our HR systems. You will work closely with the HR Director to ensure seamless operations and contribute to various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Systems Management: Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Input and update employee information in HR systems, generate reports, and analyse data to support HR decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through the effective use of systems and technology.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees with HR system-related inquiries and provide training on system usage as needed.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hire information is accurately entered into HR systems and necessary documentation is completed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team on various HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR assistant or administrative role
  • Education: Studying towards CPID is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), Excel, and other HR-related software.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and generate meaningful reports to support HR decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
