Looking for that foot in the door to HR? Our client is actively going through transformation and change having been sold to a new global blue chip corporate at the end of 2023. As a result, the business is going through lots of restructuring, change and transformation including new benefits, implementation of a new HRIS and more. To support this change and growth the HR team are looking to appoint an HR Administrator on a 12 month FTC, with a view this role could go permanent at the end of the contract.

The role will have full responsibility for the execution of transactional HR administration and project coordination across the employee life cycle including but not limited to recruitment, benefits cycles, performance management, learning and development, HR systems and other initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining employee records
  • Updating and maintaining the in-house HR systems with accurate employee data (e.g., new hires, changes to terms and conditions, holiday and sickness records)
  • Coordination of recruitment across UK and India, including interview scheduling, liaising with external agencies and preparation of interview questions
  • HR administration for onboarding, issuing offer letters and employment contracts, changes to terms and conditions and off-boarding.

Key Background:

  • Some HR Administration experience across the employee lifecycle Ideally
  • Graduate calibre
  • Looking to / have studied CIPD Level 3 / 5
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application
  • A proactive team player
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Tactful and sensitive when dealing with employee information
  • Confidential
