The Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying and engaging with high-calibre candidates for vacancies within the accountancy and financial services industries. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking within the accountancy and financial services sectors.
- Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of candidates and building long-term professional relationships.
- Working closely with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and provide high-quality candidate shortlists.
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process including arranging interviews, gathering candidate feedback, and managing offer processes.
- Ensuring all candidate communications are timely, professional, and in line with company standards.
About You:
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition within professional services is desirable.
- Strong interest or knowledge in accountancy and financial services sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making telephone calls and using recruitment software and social media for sourcing.
