The Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying and engaging with high-calibre candidates for vacancies within the accountancy and financial services industries. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking within the accountancy and financial services sectors.
  • Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database of candidates and building long-term professional relationships.
  • Working closely with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and provide high-quality candidate shortlists.
  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process including arranging interviews, gathering candidate feedback, and managing offer processes.
  • Ensuring all candidate communications are timely, professional, and in line with company standards.

About You:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition within professional services is desirable.
  • Strong interest or knowledge in accountancy and financial services sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable making telephone calls and using recruitment software and social media for sourcing.
