Company Overview: Established over 60 years ago, this is a highly regarded, multidiscipline consultancy and LLP employing over 200 personnel. Their civil and structural division is their fastest growing business stream. The practice invests heavily in staff development to ensure career advancement and succession.

Your Role: Working alongside a technically accomplished principal engineer, your focus will be on the design delivery and commercial aspects of the business. You will work closely with your line manager, the partner in charge of civil & structural engineering. This will include meeting clients at project advisory stages, fee negotiation, concept design, resource planning, client care, project delivery and providing input on new business. As a senior member of the management team you will help to guide and mentor engineers and play an active role in selecting new employees.

Profile Required: A building structures engineer who is a chartered or nearing chartered status with the ICE or IStructE. A structural design background with knowledge of steel and concrete. Experience of delivering concurrent projects and working closely with clients. The position requires an individual who is adept at forming lasting business relationships
