Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:

  3. Contract Expertise: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial property agreements, such as leases, purchase agreements, and financing documents.

  5. Land Registry Management: Handle land registration and title transfer processes, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy.

  7. Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them updated on case progress and addressing their concerns.

Qualifications:
