Term Time + 2 weeks (41 weeks a year.)
Part to Full Time (min 4 days a week which must include Monday to Wednesday.)
Monday to Friday 8.45am - 4.30pm. (There could be some flexibility in hours for the right candidate.)

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a growing HR team who are responsible for ensuring a professional and responsive HR service is provided across the College to support the 290 staff that deliver an excellent teaching and learning experience for our students.
This is a varied and busy role that takes responsibility for a range of administrative tasks and activities supporting recruitment, induction, payroll and pensions as well as answering day to day queries.

Experience in education, specifically in payroll and pensions administration, would be an advantage, however an eye for detail, organisation skills, an ability to work to deadlines and within a team are the key attributes the successful candidate will need to demonstrate.

The role will involve 2 weeks to be worked flexibly outside of term time to meet payroll deadlines and set up for the new academic year.
The full-time annual salary for the role is £26,521 - £28,996 inclusive of the fringe allowance. The actual annual salary, based on 0.90 FTE (5 days/ 36.42 hours a week/41 weeks of the year) is £23,871 - £26,099 per annum inclusive of fringe allowance.
