Description
- Managing a diverse range of commercial disputes.
- Advising on risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
- Working closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop suitable legal strategies.
- Reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts and other legal documents.
- Representing the firm at court hearings and mediations.
- Conducting legal research to support case preparation.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in commercial litigation law.
- Collaborating with other team members on complex cases.
Profile
A successful Commercial Litigation Associate should have:
- A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience in commercial litigation, particularly in managing diverse disputes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
