Reed are pleased to be partnering with a leading international professional services organisation, based in Central Bristol to recruit for a HR Administrator on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
You will be joining an experienced HR Team of whom will be on hand to coach and guide you. What we require is someone who aligns to their business, of which they focus on putting their clients first. If you're seeking an entry level role within HR, have previous experience of Administration and looking to build a successful career, this could be for you.
- Salary £24,000 - £27,000pa
- HR administration experience is preferred, or a keenness to work in HR will be considered
- Flexible working options including working from home are available (3 days office/2 home)
Duties
Supporting recruitment activity by keeping the applicant tracking system up to date, ensuring all vacancies are advertised
Inviting candidates to interview and declining unsuccessful candidates
Organising interviews and attending where needed
Monitoring the HR inbox and responding to all relevant queries, such as questions about holiday/ absence, new starters, and answering any first line policy questions.
Owning the new starter on-boarding process, including creating offer paperwork, seeking references, setting up new joiners on the HRIS system (OpenHR), obtaining occupational health checks, issuing references for former employees etc.
Completing leaver processes, including issuing leaver letters, and updating systems
Prepare contract change letters using standard templates to confirm changes in line manager, job titles, salaries, probationary periods and more
Processing starters and leavers benefits
Saving paperwork onto electronic files, noting changes for payroll where applicable
Arranging new starter inductions
Updating all HR changes on the HRIS systems
Producing reports from the HR database
General administration to support the HR team as a whole
About you
Demonstrable administration experience
Strong organisational skills
A confident communicator with demonstrable experience providing great customer service in a professional environment
A practised organiser who demonstrates impeccable attention to detail
Able to work with confidential information and show discretion at all times
Passionate about delivering efficient and accurate administrative support to our HR function
Good Microsoft package skills particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
