We are pleased to be working directly with an excellent company who are looking for an all round accounts candidate to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role would be over 4 days across Monday-Thursday.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to do a all rounded role, progression is an option for someone who wants to develop with more of the month end duties.
Duties include:
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Sales ledger/Credit Control
- Purchase ledger
- BACs payments
- Full end to end payroll (monthly) - full training can be provided
- Pensions, staff holidays, SSP/SMP etc
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Nominal ledger
- Assist with preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Assist with accruals, prepayments and journals
- Office administration; filling, petty cash, expenses etc
- Other adhoc duties
