Reed Talent Solutions are currently working with a Berkshire based NHS Trust to recruit a Facilities Project Manager on a permanent basis. The post-holder will be joining the Estates Design & Technical Services team (EDTS) focused on improving the facilities and services provided by the Trust.

Key Responsibilities
- To work as part of the EDTS team, to plan, co-ordinate, manage and support all projects assigned to post holder providing a complete and objective-focused service.
- Collate, write develop documents for any Strategic Development Plan, Development Control Plan, Business Cases, Operational Policies, with relevant in- house or externally commissioned parties.
- Ensure Project Risk Register are set up and kept up to date throughout the project. Projects should be monitored for risk and contingency plans developed accordingly and actioned where appropriate.
- Write or Support the writing of business cases and bids for capital funding.
- Develop working relationships with stakeholders within BHFT and NHS Property Services and other external organisations as necessary. (Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trist, Frimley Hospital NHS foundation Trust NHS Improvements NHS England CCUCCG East CCG West as examples
- Prepare and maintain project and stage plans throughout the project's life. Where a wider programme exists, liaise with other project managers and key stakeholders to ensure co-ordination of all aspects and avoidance of duplication
- Provide the Programme Manager update reports to support the delivery of projects in the programme.
- Plan and performance manage external support staff providing direction and accountability as appropriate.
