We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Business Development Manager in the UK to join our passionate and driven Security - Sales business on a permanent basis!

The successful candidate will be part of a forward-thinking, strategic and dynamic Sales team, working in partnership with the Security Systems Operation Division.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Business research via CRM database
  • Technical site surveys and pricing solutions
  • Contacting potential new business clients, understanding their needs with a view to booking meetings
  • Meeting and exceeding appointment targets
  • Diarising and maintaining up-to-date records on the CRM database
  • Building effective relationships with prospective clients and Business Development Teams
  • Identifying new business opportunities

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • An ability to influence, encourage confidence and win new business
  • A proven track record of sales in Security Systems
  • Meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in data management and research
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • You are a true team player; you will thrive in a collaborative environment
  • You are tenacious, engaging and ambitious
  • Previous experience in a Security Sales working environment would be an advantage
  • National role with travel/overnight stays depending on the business needs
  • Full-time position equating to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Car or Car Allowance
  • 25 days holiday +Bank Holidays
