You will get good exposure to conveyancing cases and eventually be able to start running your own caseload of residential conveyancing files.
In this Residential Conveyancing Assistant role, you will support a fee-earner with their post completion duties as well as other administration tasks.
Matters you will assist with as their new Residential Conveyancing Assistant include:
- Freehold and Leasehold
- Sales and Purchases
- Remortgages
- First time buyers
