The Role:

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in every aspect of the full cycle hiring process, from sourcing and vetting candidates to managing & developing client relationships.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates within the STEM sectors.

What will I be doing?

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews and managing the offer process.
  • Identify and attract outstanding candidates through a variety of techniques, such as headhunting, referrals and networking
  • Building long-lasting, deep client relationships with a variety of different sized companies, learning skills (with full training) such as negotiation and objection handling
  • Coaching & Development to enhanced sales skills such as SPIN, MEDICC and others
  • Meet clients, understand their business needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
  • Research and fully immerse yourself into creating your own brand portfolio.
  • Attending events at some of the worlds most iconic buildings and landmarks

What would the ideal candidate typically look like?

  • A University Degree in any subject is preferred but not essential
  • A desire to work in a world-class sales environment
  • Available to start work immediately / in the near future
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to work
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to handle rejection
  • No previous recruitment experience is required, but a desire to learn and succeed is essential
  • Happy to work 3 days in the office / 2 days from home
