A fantastic Primary School in the BS16 area of South Gloucestershire is currently looking for a highly skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their aspiring team.
This is a thriving and inclusive mainstream school, who are passionate about the broad, ambitious and growing curriculum that they provide to their pupils, allowing a well-resourced and safe environment for them to learn and grow.
The Role
This role is a full-time position, where the successful candidate will work throughout EYFS and KS1 classrooms on a 1:1 or small group basis.
At times, in the absence of the Class Teacher, you will be required to have a reflective and versatile approach to teaching and learning.
You will be expected to:
- Follow the school's ethos and values.
- Has experience supporting children with SEND
- Have good knowledge of the educational curriculum.
- Be flexible, creative and adaptable.
- Have high expectations of pupils through motivation, encouragement and confidence.
