Are you a passionate and experienced Graphic Design Manager, looking for a role where your work can steer huge change to the business you are a part of?

This brand new role has come about due to massive growth and investment into our marketing department. We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Design Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design team and overseeing the development of creative assets and brand experiences across our diverse portfolio of brands. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and brand presence, driving consistency, innovation, and excellence in design. As a department we are able to shape and empower ClearCourse and its brands to succeed, and if this excites you then this is the role for you!

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven experience 6-8+ years in design, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment or agency setting,
  • Leadership and team management experience is a must, as well as the ability to mentor more junior design people
  • The ability to translate business objectives and user needs into effective design strategies
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of designers and overseeing the projects they are working on
  • Work closely with the Head of Brand, Design & Content, as required to develop cutting edge creative themes and solutions that work across all channels
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, design systems, brand architecture and templates
  • creation of a wide range of design deliverables
