Teaching Assistant - Doncaster
Reed Education is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support Primary School pupils in the Doncaster area. This is an extremely rewarding role, where you will be provided personalised 1:1 support to children with SEND/SEMH needs to help them succeed in mainstream education.
You will utilise strategies set out in support plans to help these children regulate and keep engaged with the learning using an empathetic approach. We are looking for someone with strong behaviour management skills to give these children the structure and support they need.

Requirements to be considered:
- Experience of working with Primary School aged children, in a paid or voluntary post.
- Patience and empathy are key skills.
- Experience or understanding of SEND/SEMH needs would be desirable.
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications (level 2 or level 3) would be desirable.
- Ability to work in/commute around Doncaster.
