Salary: Up to £80,000

An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Home Manager to join our client's beautiful and modern Nursing Home. The home offers a range of services, including Residential, Nursing, Palliative, and Dementia care. Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting.
  • Qualifications: Valid Nursing PIN or Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of CQC regulations with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Approach: A genuine passion for providing person-centred care with empathy and compassion**.**

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care are consistently upheld.
  • Lead and mentor a team of care professionals to meet the diverse needs of residents.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies, maintaining the home's Good rating.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure efficient home operations.
  • Introduce innovative care practices and drive continuous improvements to enhance service quality.
