An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Administrator to join a well-established Chartered wealth planning business with offices across the Southeast. This boutique firm, backed by significant financial support, has a reputation for delivering comprehensive whole-of-market advice to a wide range of private clients, including City professionals, families, business owners, retirees, and accumulators. Many of their clients are High Net Worth (HNW) individuals with over £2m in assets to invest.

With a team of around 20 staff, including five advisers supported by a full administrative and paraplanning team, the firm is well-positioned to provide exceptional client service. The business also has complementary services through its other ventures, further enhancing its client offerings.

An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Administrator to manage client services and back-office administration from start to finish. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you may also be assigned to support a specific adviser. Experience with Intelligent Office software is essential for this role. While the firm is open to considering more junior candidates, they must demonstrate the right attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

This position offers significant flexibility, with only one day per week required in the Newbury office after the training period. If you are working towards your Level 4 Diploma, the firm will fully support your studies, though this role is also ideal for a career administrator. The firm places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, with regular company socials and team-building events.

The salary for this role is circa £28k - £34k, along with a comprehensive benefits package including a pension scheme, Group Life Cover, and a Medical Plan.
