Whilst we work to company and department targets, we do not currently work to KPI's and actively encourage like-minded employees to manage their own workload.
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (one hour lunch), Monday to Friday.
We are currently hiring a Recruitment Consultant focusing on permanent catering & hospitality staff throughout Surrey and surrounding counties. The recruiter's responsibility will be to maintain, build and develop this 'warm' desk.
You will be working in a team environment alongside an experienced & dedicated permanent consultant - three days a week. As well as a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer working full time across both departments.
About You:
You will already be an experienced Recruitment Consultant within the Hospitality and Catering sector. You will have a sound working knowledge of the permanent recruitment life cycle, and will be able to demonstrate a successful track record within the industry.
Our offices are based in Shalford, Surrey. We're close to the train station, but due to trains being infrequent - own transportation would be highly beneficial.
