Area Manager
Proactive Personnel are recruiting for an Area Manager to work for a fantastic business centre based in Deeside. You will be based across multiple sites across the North West managing 3 Centre Managers with multiple sites between them.
This is a lone working role where you are managing your own workload and schedule.

Key Details: Area Manager
- Overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the centres within their area, taking overall responsibility for maximising occupancy and profitability by maintaining a cost-efficient administrative base from which occupiers can operate their business.
- The Area Manager will manage the centre managers within their cluster of centres to ensure all objectives are met.
- Liaise with Head Office to ensure accurate monthly invoice production, dispatch and revenue collection.
- Liaise with and monitor all centre staff to ensure Company procedures are followed and working practices are put in place.
- Maintain regular contact with the Marketing team to ensure vacancies are advertised online and enquiries efficiently dealt with.
- Ensure that Centre Managers are communicating their centres' occupancy details and documentation in a timely manner.
- Liaise closely with the Facilities Management and Accounts Payable Teams with respect to the purchase of all supplies required by the centres.
- Liaise with the Asset Managers concerning contract specifications, timely re-tendering of supplies and statutory compliances (fire, asbestos, surveys).
Experience: Area Manager
- Must have relevant experience in a similar role within the Business Centre of wider property sector is essential
- Must be comfortable with driving as a lot of travel between sites is involved
- This will also be a hands on role, must be willing to do viewings and provide cover for the team as and when needed.
