Due to continued growth, my client are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and successful team based in Southampton. About the Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in a joint venture delivering key projects aimed at maintaining and improving water supply and waste-water treatment works in the eastern region (Kent & Sussex).

This position offers a mix of on-site work with the flexibility of dynamic working options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Lead the commercial management of large-scale projects, including civil, mechanical, infrastructure, and non-infrastructure work.
  • Team Development: Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, fostering the development of their skills and experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage confidently with stakeholders across various disciplines to ensure complete commercial understanding and alignment.
  • Sustainability & Safety: Advocate for Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment, placing personal safety and community well-being at the forefront of all activities.
  • Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of integrity by consistently doing the right thing in the right way.
