Position: Production Operative
Location: Brackley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
Role: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
" Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently
" Maintain high standards of quality control
" Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications
" Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
What We're Looking For:
" Reliability and a strong work ethic
" A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
" Previous experience in a production environment is advantageous
" Ability to work well within a team
