Brand new opportunity to work as a Marketing Strategist with world-class Festivals and Events, partnering with some of the world's most well-loved music events and international brands. The agency is a forward-thinking creative-first performance marketing & events agency, with clients including many festivals & events brands.?As a Senior Festival Strategist, you will work with renowned international brands to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive ticket sales and enhance brand visibility.

The Role:

The Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and consulting on comprehensive marketing strategies for high-profile music festivals and events. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, identify target audiences, and create innovative strategies to drive ticket sales and brand awareness. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, the Marketing Strategist will work with a team of experienced marketers. The role will include leading strategy workshops, developing detailed marketing plans, and providing ongoing consultancy to ensure clients achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Strategies:

  • Conduct in-depth research on clients, events, and target markets.
  • Facilitate strategy workshops with clients and internal teams.
  • Create detailed marketing plans covering all aspects of festival promotion.
  • Identify key audience segments and develop targeted messaging.
  • Recommend innovative marketing tactics across various channels.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media and Campaigns teams for cohesive execution.

Client Service and Strategic Guidance:

  • Build strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver compelling strategy presentations to client leadership teams.
  • Provide ongoing consultancy and support throughout campaign lifecycles.
  • Analyse campaign performance and offer data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.

Agency Growth and Thought Leadership:

  • Support new business efforts through participation in pitches and proposals.
  • Produce thought leadership content, including articles and case studies.
  • Mentor junior strategists and contribute to team development.

Requirements:We seek a passionate and highly experienced professional with a proven track record in Marketing in the music and events space, or a Marketing Strategist with an agency background and a love for music and events.

  • Minimum of five years in a senior marketing role within the music festival, events, travel, sports, or agency sectors.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful festival marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the music and live events industry, including current trends and challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence festival directors.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and workshops.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

Location: London, remote. Flexible working arrangements, including remote work, depending on location and project needs.
