We're looking for you to play a key role in one of our let estate teams. Providing coordination to our projects and reliable technical support services, you'll ensure you're the go-to person for helping the team navigate our administrative systems and processes and help us continuously improve our ways of working.

Our let estate teams are made up of estate management and buildings professionals who manage our diverse portfolio throughout Northern Ireland, Wales and England.

They're involved in the full tenancy lifecycle for a range of land and property including residential, commercial and agriculture, ensuring ongoing maintenance and investment in them.

This is an opportunity based in Devon at our Killerton House regional office near Exeter. We are happy to explore and agree a hybrid working arrangement, which strikes the right balance for you and the Trust.

This is a fixed term contract due to end when the previous employee returns from maternity leave. At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 12 months.

What you'll be doing

Providing key support for our let estate team, working with estates and building professionals to deliver our core and project work.

Supporting the implementation of new administrative systems and ensure we are maximising efficiencies from our existing systems, processes and information management. Producing communications material to share successes and champion the work from within your team for a wide range of audiences.

You'll be involved in supporting the delivery of our projects including helping ensure all the relevant paperwork is in place and coordinating internal teams and external contractors. There will also be continuous improvement projects that you'll deliver alongside the other Rural Asset Management Officers.
