Location: HuddersfieldContract: 12 Months - Maternity Cover, possibility to extendHours: Full time - 37 Hours, Hybrid Working (TBA)
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to provide efficient and effective financial services. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate project charges, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce fee invoices using an in-house MIS System.
- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure accurate fee values and project expenses.
- Maintain fee details in MIS and accounts system.
- Code supplier/consultant invoices for processing.
- Perform ad-hoc debt collection.
- Close completed projects ensuring all fee and consultant information is balanced.
- Maintain spreadsheets and other client-specific administration requirements.
- General ad-hoc finance administration duties as required.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant experience in finance and administration.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to build and maintain good working relationships with clients, team members, and third parties.
- Ability to collate and present financial information efficiently.

- Methodical with good attention to detail.
- Flexible and able to cope with varying demands.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
