Location: Ringwood
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch); hybrid working two days in the office (Monday and Wednesday), 3 days at home after probation.

Job Duties
- Working with the Compliance Team in delivering the FCA regulatory issues and assimilating and implementing regulatory requirements in a timely manner and within imposed deadlines
- Assisting the Compliance Team in delivering and maintaining the Annual Compliance Plan, updating policy and procedures in line with FCA requirements ensuring regular reviews are conducted
- To manage the upkeep of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, ensuring tasks assigned to the business are completed in a timely manner
- To ensure annual Fit and Proper declarations are completed by all those allocated in a controlled function to include credit checks with a suitable sign off
- To assist in the delivery of appropriate training on various aspects of compliance such as money laundering, Treating Customers Fairly, data protection and company procedures
- To carry out, at least quarterly, file checks from a random sample of staff files and sign off as compliant or return for further action, noting development areas and any trends
- To conduct monthly contract certainty checks, compiling commentary and recommendations for training where necessary to ensure 95% achievement rates across the Group
- Working with the Compliance team ensure updates from the FCA are implemented across the company, providing guidance, support and advice to Board, Managers and Staff
- Working with the Compliance Team, maintain and update compliant files, ensuring that appropriate procedures and guidelines are adhered to.
