Fleet Sales Administrator - 2 month temp contract

£13.50 per hour

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Manage the fleet orders from leasing companies and brokers, tracking orders through the process and advising on timescales
- Updating and maintaining the fleet orders through the leaselink system as well as other portals, ensuring the leasing company terms are met
- Liaise with the Dealer Network on fleet vehicle orders and delivery/collection of fleet vehicles.
- Respond to daily sales related enquiries from the Dealer Network, Leasing companies and brokers
- Complete the registration process and documents for fleet vehicles
- Produce regular sales and performance reports for the fleet management team
- Creating PO's/Dealing with PO/Invoice queries both internally and externally (Finance and Leasing Companies)
- Dealing with all aspects of CCS orders
- Attending training courses / development required by leasing companies
- Provide cover to the Fleet Coordinator in their absence
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of the Automotive product and Fleet industry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible in approach, with the ability to reprioritise when required
- Demonstrates a can-do attitude, with the desire and capability to take ownership of area of responsibility
- Able to work in a high pressure environment to tight deadlines, dealing with various external stakeholders
- Able to build strong relationships with various internal departments and dealer network
