Customer Experience Executive

Our client located in Harrogate are recruiting for a Customer Experience Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. By managing key accounts and the highest spenders, you will build and maintain great customer relationships, by regularly liaising with day to contacts and decision makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking review meetings for team leaders to attend.
  • Consult on the use of products across the accounts.
  • Answering inbound phone calls in a busy sales office environment and making outbound phone calls to your accounts
  • Team approach to a group sales inbox
  • Maintaining customer portal accounts & maintaining customer details
  • Dealing with complex queries and offering advice on product selection

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in:

  • Sales target strategies and key performance indicators
  • Management of customer accounts
  • Proven sales experience, including new or additional business strategies
  • Achieving sales targets and delivering against key performance indicators
  • Team work
  • Customer service and excellent communication
  • Problem solving and complaints management
  • Word, Excel, e-mail, Sage 200 and CRM.

Hours of work - Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Our client is offering a salary of £27,000 OTE £30,000 with additional retention based bonus.
