Location: England (Midlands-South)

The Role:
- 100% new business within existing accounts - upselling and cross selling. (Customer Success look after renewals)
- Proactively engage with existing customers to ensure customers adoption of software licences, and key recurring revenues for subscriptions, SaaS, Hosting and Software support & maintenance services
To be an ambassador for the company and become an ally to customers, learning their needs and positioning our products and services to meet those needs.
- Proactive engagement within defined customer accounts.
The Requirements:
- 2+ Years experience selling SaaS (SDR/BDR background is acceptable)
- Ideally sold PropTech, ConTech or Asset Management Software (CAFM, CMMS, EAM, etc.) - but open!
- Sold into Manufacturing clients is a nice-to-have
- Right attitude - ready for a step up and genuine interest in progression
- Clean driving license
- Proven track record of success in sales
