This is a 12 month FTC Salary : £23500 plus an opportunity to earn an additional 5% Plus Fantastic benefits which can be found below
Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join the business on a 12 month FTC
As an Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Supporting within a busy operations administration team
- Liaise with internal departments to support with customer enquiries that have come through via email
- Processing information with a high level of detail onto the internal system
- To process and request any V5 documentation using the internal system and cross checking with the DVLA
- To process any parking fines and speeding tickets using external , legal databases
- Maintain and assist with various email enquiries
- Send out MOT and Service reminders using the diary system
- Upload correct Motor Insurance Documentation
- Take some internal calls and deal with general administration tasks
- Scanning and uploading documentation in line with compliance
- Upload new vehicle details onto the internal system.

- Previous administration skills and experience
- Have high attention to detail
- Be process driven
- Manage a busy workload
- Be adaptable to change
- Have the ability to multitasks
- Be able to work to deadlines

Hours :Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours and you will need to be flexible between the hours of 8am and 6pm
