Fire Safety Advisor / Fire Operations Manager
£47,000 - £52,000 + £5000 Car Allowance OR Company Car + Car Milage Allowance (45p Per Mile) + Performance Based Annual Bonus (10 - 15% of Salary)
26 days (25 days holiday plus birthday day) plus 8 Bank Holiday days.
Looking for a Fire Safety Advisor / Fire Operations Manager to join the management team reporting to the Operations Director.
This will be a hybrid role with 2/3 days in the office in Harlow and 2/3 days working from home, once the training period is finished.
The Fire Safety Advisor / Fire Operations Manager will be responsible for reviewing fire risk assessments and acting on the various recommendations resulting from those fire risk assessments. You will use your fire industry knowledge to interpret the recommended actions of the fire risk assessments and decide on the correct course of action required to resolve those findings.
This is a key role in generating work for the Field Service Engineering, Small Works Projects and large Projects sales / Installations teams within the organisation.
To assist you there is a Fire Risk Assessment Administrator who you will supervise.
A good understanding of the British Standards for Fire Alarm, Smoke System, Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Alert Systems is highly desirable.
