About the role
As part of this experienced team, it is anticipated that you will gain exposure to a complex and broad range of Commercial Property matters. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and excellent benefits, dependent on experience.
Daily tasks of the Commercial Property Solicitor in this role will include:
- Offering clients high quality legal advice on a range of varied commercial matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and leases
- Dealing with general commercial property matters, such as:
- Development
- Sales and acquisitions
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Property litigation
About the Commercial Property Solicitor
The successful candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor with, as a guide, 2 years PQE experience. You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and due to the large volume of work you must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. You will have sound drafting and negotiating skills and will thrive when working within a team on complex matters.
