Pay: £12.50 - 14.50 p/h

Kerry Collins Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our fantastic client, who are based within Telford.
They are seeking a Maintenance Operative to join their team on a full-time, Temp - Perm basis.
The role of the Maintenance Operative will be to help provide general building maintenance to their two properties in the Telford area, ensuring that they are kept safe, secure and in good condition.
- Carry out a variety of planned and reactive building and site maintenance tasks, which will be varied in nature and will include general building, internal and external works.
- Carry out planned preventative building and site maintenance in line with projects and site seasonal requirements
- Installing and assembling equipment
- Moving equipment, conducting health and safety checks, delivering and storing materials
- Working as part of a team
- Using a variety of tools and machinery
The ideal applicant will:
- Be practical with a hands-on nature
- Able and comfortable to work outdoors
- Previous work history in general building and/or site maintenance
- Worked in an agricultural setting previously would be a great advantage
The successful applicant will receive:
- An hourly rate of £12.50 - £14.50ph d.o.e
- Fixed working hours - 8am - 4:30pm
- Support from a fantastic team
- An immediate start
